SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery timelines vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Packaging: All jewelry is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

  • Delivery Responsibility: House of Venust is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We only accept returns and exchanges if the product is received damaged or defective.

 

To qualify for a return or exchange:

 

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement: The customer must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is received until the product is fully unwrapped. This video must clearly show:

    • The unopened package with the shipping label visible.

    • The complete unboxing process.

    • The defect or damage on the product.
       

  2. Proof Submission: The unboxing video must be sent to us via our website contact form or emailed to support@houseofvenust.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
     

  3. Approval Process: Once our team verifies the proof and claim, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a similar item of equal value.
     

  4. Non-Eligible Cases:

    • No return/exchange will be accepted without an unboxing video.

    • Claims made after the 48-hour window will not be considered.

    • Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or style preference.
